If your company is using a Proxy server and you experience problems with the license activation or registering viewletBuilder5, here are couple things to check .

1. Check and make sure you have your Proxy settings filled out in your Viewlet desktop product (ViewletBuilder or ViewletQuiz). You can find them in the menu at Edit and then Preferences and then Proxy . You may need assistance from your IT people for this.

2. Check your PC and make sure you do not have any programs such as zonealarm, Norton/Firewalls , or WindowsXP built-in firewall blocking the ViewletBuilder5.exe from accessing the internet.
