Unable to register viewletQuiz

If your company is using a Proxy server and you experience problems with the license activation or registering viewletQuiz, here are couple things to check .

1. Check and make sure you have your Proxy settings filled out in your Viewlet desktop product . You can find them in the menu at Edit and then Preferences and then Proxy . You may need assistance from your IT people for this.

2. Check your PC and make sure you do not have any programs such as zonealarm, Norton/Firewalls , or WindowsXP built-in firewall blocking the ViewletQuiz.exe from accessing the internet.
