Video Capture & Hardware Acceleration
Does ViewletBuilder8 use DirectX or GDI for Video Capture sessions?
ViewletBuilder8 uses GDI (Graphical Device Interface) for video capture sessions, NOT DirectX. GDI may handle hardware acceleration a bit slower than DirectX (which is usually the default hardware acceleration mode used on Windows operating systems). So, turn off your system's hardware acceleration to resolve any issues you may be experiencing (if any) during video capture sessions (if needed).
