An Inside ‘Take’ on All Things Viewlet
~by ViewletMarm

Attention ALL trainers, courseware developers, instructional designers, tech writers/editors, content providers, SMEs and related e-Learning resource creation/management professionals! If you haven't already, it's time for you to check out all the new features available in Composica 11.

One of my favorite, and perhaps the one I am MOST EXCITED to dig into, is the ability to create fully responsive courses that can perfectly adapt to any learner's viewing device. So now, just think about how many man hours you can save (and money as well) by creating a single course viewable on any PC or mobile device. And, this new design methodology is not limited to new courses only. Get this--existing courses can be easily converted to be fully responsive too!

Composica 11 introduces many other new features, including:

  • Band new set-based Master Layers
  • Navigation Design Templates
  • Google Fonts
  • Project Archiving
  • Contextual Popup Design View Display
  • ...and, of course...much more!

For more details on Composica 11, along with access to applicable release notes, please visit the Composica Announcements thread elsewhere in our forum.

You might also want to brush up on your own knowledge of relevant Responsive Authoring (Responsive Web Design-RWD) to see how it all relates to current trends and training resource development processes in e-Learning today.

Finally, check out this video, for a quick peek of what Composica 11 offers with respect to Responsive Authoring.

That's it for this blog.

Until next time (and all patches in between)...
Happy Viewleting!
