The Viewletin
An Inside ‘Take’ on All Things Viewlet
~by ViewletMarm

The hustle and bustle of the Holidays are upon us, and it's no different here at Qarbon. Our development team is working hard to keep all our Viewlet Authoring software edgy while still easy-to-use, focusing on customer demand. Our customer service and sales team staff are as busy as Santa's little elves making sure all customer Viewlet inquires are answered asap and ViewletBuilder, ViewletQuiz, ViewletCentral and other Qarbon products/services are fulfilled just as snappily. Our Qarbon Viewlet Authoring coaches and workshop trainers are also staying ahead of the class making sure all students are getting the content creation training they need to help them produce their best Viewlets ever!

This might seem like chaos to some, but not here at Qarbon. In fact, this time of the year gives us the chance to reflect on the past 12 months to see what we've accomplished, how well we've served our customers and look for what can we do to continue to stand up as leaders in e-Learning. And, here is where you can help.

Whether you are just checking out Qarbon for the first time, are a new Qarbon customer or have been with us for years, we would appreciate your input. If you have just a few moments, we invite you to take a brief survey to let us know how you feel about Qarbon, our Viewlet Authoring products/services, and anything else Qarbon or Viewlet-related that is on your mind.

Please, if you could just take a moment out of your busy schedule to take the Qarbon Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011, we would really appreciate it. In fact, as a token of our thanks for your input, at the end of the survey you will find a little surprise, from us to you. It's said that it is better to give then receive, right? And, what better present then the gift of learning, except perhaps in a Viewlet!

Until next time...
Happy Viewleting!
