If you run into difficulty when trying to take screenshots using ViewletBuilder you may have an application interferring. Make sure to close ViewletBuilder and then close applications like Instant Message tools and/or Skype. This may resolve the issue. If you continue having difficulty, check to see if you have MacAfee AntiVirus on. If so, turn that off and relaunch ViewletBuilder. This should resolve the issue. Once you are done with your screenshot session you may turn your AntiVirus back on.
