Why I can just catch one snapshot?

I used ViewletBuilder 6.0 on windows xp, on one winxp, everything worked fine, but on another winxp, it can always just catch one snapshot whatever I take any actions like click or double-click or input. I am crazy on this.., did anyone meet this problem before? any experience? thanks for help in advance!
