Postby PeterMQ » Wed Jan 26, 2011 10:04 am

Im evaluating VQuiz, and i came upon a doubt in the drag & drop exercises, i want to know if its possible to have multiple drops for 1 drag for ie:

Choice 1 - Drop 1
- Drop 2
- Drop 3

Choice 2 - Drop 4
Choice 3 - Drop 5

You can create as many Drag and Drop objects as you want, but there can only be 1 correct pair which you create using the Link button. You can't make Drag 1 correct when placed in Drop 1, 2 or 3 for example. The user can certainly put the drag choice into any of those 3 positions but the correct answer (for Quiz) can only be 1 of them.

Can you clarify if you are using the Quiz or Survey version of the question?

For a Survey there is no Correct or Incorrect so you can put as many objects as you want and it will record the selection.

The correct answer for a Drag Choice can be no Drop Area (none of the drop areas match) or a single drop area. The Drag and Drop Question type does not currently support having more than one Drop Area be correct matches for a single Drag Choice. You can't have "either Area 1 or Area 2 is correct for Choice 1".

Could you give an example of the sort of question you would like to see supported?
